Le Mont du Coin, St Brelade, JE3

***SALE AGREED BY BENEST ESTATES***

Situated along Le Mont du Coin in the sought-after parish of St Brelade, this distinctive collection of homes forms part of a former traditional Jersey farm group. Originally arranged around a loose courtyard, the historic agricultural buildings have been thoughtfully divided and converted over time to create a number of individual residential properties, including The Studio, The Coach House, The Lodge, Lavender Cottage and Rose Cottage. Set amongst the traditional lanes and beautiful countryside of St Brelade and St Peter, the development retains much of its original rural character while providing a unique collection of individual homes in a peaceful and picturesque setting.

Internally The Studio does not fail to impress with an abundance of character and quality finishes throughout its 3 floors of accommodation. On entering the living room the exposed granite wall has a wood burning stove as the centre piece of the room, under the beautiful oak flooring is underfloor heating, large French doors open onto to the rear garden. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances including double oven, multi oven- microwave, 50/50 fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, extractor fan, finished with Granite worktops. A Feature staircase with wall inset floor lighting, chrome handrails and glass panels lead up to the first floor, where you find two double bedrooms both fitted with wardrobes one with vaulted ceiling and skylights with electrically powered blinds. One of the bedrooms enjoys an en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has a bathroom a couple of steps across the landing. A matching staircase leads to the second floor with another bedroom with dual aspect glazing with far reaching sea views, electrically powered blinds, fitted wardrobes and also benefits from a large en-suite bathroom. Throughout, the property benefits from extensive storage.

To the rear of the property is a large garden with a mixture of Mediterranean palm trees, raised terraces, mature boarders and large patio terrace to provide additional entertainment from the house to the garden itself, making this the perfect space for those long summer evenings.  In addition the property provides parking for 3 cars at the rear currently one space is occupied by a  large shed and the added convenience of off-street parking to the front of the house (although not part of the property's curtilage).

The current owners have always maintained the property well and the exterior woodwork has just undergone a professional redecoration, ensuring that the new owner will have years before it requires attention.

Overall this striking barn conversion offer a truly unique opportunity, in a rural area of St Brelade, yet close to so many amenities. Sole agent.
